EGYPT: Abdul Aziz, 1861-1876, AE 20 para, AH1279, KM-Pn12, bronze pattern issue in the name of Muhammad Sa'id Pasha, the most red lustrous example we have seen! UNC. Mohamed Sa'id Pasha was the Wali of Egypt and Sudan from 1854 until 1863, officially owing fealty to the Ottoman Sultan, but in practice exercising virtual independence.
