BRITISH INDIA: AE award medal (72.75g), Puddester-869.5, 51mm, Bengal Photographic Society: semi-nude Indian female seated left, arches of building behind // wreath, society name around; designed by J.S. and A.B. Wyon; blank in the reverse center, as this piece was never awarded, in original box of issue in the name of Joseph S. Wyon, virtually UNC. The same obverse was also used for the award medal of the Photographic Society of India (Puddester-948.27.3).
